Dear Participants in Chi Fan for Charity,
On behalf of Chi Fan for
Charity, thank you to all who joined us for a magnificent evening of
dinner and conversation. The support of each and every one of you was
important in making the night a great success!
Along with the contribution
of sixteen fabulous restaurants across Beijing, 25 engaging hosts and
one thrilling after-party, your special contribution to this event has
touched the lives of children in need.
There are approximately 20
million migrant children in China. Many of them don’t have access to
high quality education and struggle with living through poverty. Last
weekend, it only took a few to make a difference in the lives of these
worthy children. Each and every one of your kind-hearted donations has
gone toward the Dandelion Middle School, which serves migrant children
on the outskirts of Beijing.
Thanks to your support,
more than 650 Dandelion students will have a better opportunity at
success. Maybe your gracious donation will allow a student to afford
tuition or perhaps it will make sure there are enough textbooks to go
around. Most importantly, your donation will help nurture these
students, giving them the power and hope to change their destiny with
their own hands.
