Jing Yaa Tang celebrates Beijing roast duck at its heart, simply prepared and expertly executed. The menu extends to a wide range of favourite dishes from different regions across China such as Kung Pao Chicken and Dandan Noodle recipes. Other house favourites include “Three Cups” Deep-fried Cod Fish with Basil, Steamed Scallops on Tofu with Black Bean Sauce and Sichuan Beef and Tofu Stew. Jing Yaa Tang uses the best ingredients sourced in the region and is MSG free. The restaurant is a Swire Hotels’ collaboration with London-based and internationally-recognised restaurateur Alan Yau as lead designer and concept consultant.
The 155-seat restaurant provides guests with a delicious all-you-can-eat, daily dim sum for lunch and an à la carte dinner. It is set within a striking contemporary Chinoiserie theatrical style design.
"Fell in love with Beijing and especially its people even before settling down in Beijing in 2008. Working in different fields of the automotive industry allowed him to meet interesting people from all over Asia.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as all those cool cultural events Beijing is offering. Not being a big party guy, he usually spends his evenings out with a good Whisky or Cigar at Longjing in Sanlitun or over a good dinner.
He loves to see people around me being successful and is always willing to support a good cause. Can’t wait for CFFC 2017!"
