Chef & Founder Lobster Luke graduated from Sichuan Culinary School and taught there for 6 years. Worked in hotel Food & Beverage and opened his first restaurant. In 1998 he operated a restaurant in the U.S. for 10 years. In 2009 he returned to Beijing to start Lobster House and focused on Lobster cooking to bring new flavors to Beijing.
