Luis Checa is a Peruvian national based in Beijing and member of the inaugural class of Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University. He is a professional currently working in the innovative finance for development industry. He also manages a fintech startup and a foundation which uses soccer as tool to educate children in Peruvian slums. He believes that education is crucial in development of human potential and for that reason he is a strong supporter of Education in Sight and its mission.
