Darah & Marshall Roslyn
left the US to become Beijingers in August 2008 and they have been running around town since. In fact, the Californian couple’s China escapades began much earlier as Marshall has been in and out of China since 2002 and Darah came over for her first look around back in January 2007. Darah is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Ch’ienmen 23’s The Meat and Wine Company (a sponsor of Chi Fan for Charity) where she absolutely loves having the ability treat all of Beijing to the best steaks around. Marshall, in his most recent China adventure, is pursuing an MBA at Tsinghua University and is moonlighting as a venture capitalist with Revolution Ventures, a US-based fund focused on China’s emerging education and entertainment sectors. They have a shared passion for great food, great wine and great people especially when they all come together for a great cause!
