Joanna Crain
is President & CEO of Chin-EASE Corp, an event and logistics consultant company based in Beijing, China. Primary clients are executives seeking meeting and tour arrangements, protocol advice and logistical support including hotels, vehicles, interpreters and photographers. Joanna’s extensive logistical experience was honed while serving as Director of Advance and Protocol for both the United States Secretaries of Commerce and Homeland Security in the Bush Administration. In those positions, Joanna executed numerous domestic and international visits, each possessing their own unique challenges requiring identification and resolution.
Prior to joining the Bush Administration, Joanna served as the Director of Events for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where she was responsible for national, large-donor fundraising events. She worked exclusively for Members of Congress on events in their home districts. In addition, she was the Public Events Manager for the Fort Worth Convention Center, responsible for a large staff that produced multiple events each day in the facility’s exhibition hall, meeting rooms and 13,000 seat arena.
