Sahra Malik
is founder and Managing Director of Shangrila Farms, one of China's first gourmet coffee brands. Shangrila Farms practices fair trade methods and buys only the best beans grown by a co-operative of farmers near Shangrila, Yunnan. Sahra's background is in advertising and design, prior to Shangrila Farms she worked several years for Olgivy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi in Beijing. She graduated from New York University with a Major in Studio Art and concentration in Photography and went on to do a Masters Degree at Central St. Martins in London.
